So two of us have eaten half the goulash. Delicous and warming. The rest will go into the freezer for a quick meal day. Though actually this is easy and quick to prepare, with a little chopping and a slow cook. We didn't bother with rice or potatoes as an accompaniment - this was filling all by itself. Sometimes the simplest is the best.
