Lemon Cheesecake

This is a simple baked cheesecake, a recipe I had ignored for ages, because of its more elaborate and rich cousins. http://www.sarahconnellcookbook.com/2011/05/cherry-cheesecake.html

But it is good, much better than anything you can buy, easy to make and appropriate to take as a contribution to the party. It is also very easy to make GF. 

I might add a dusting of icing sugar. You could serve some berries to gild the lily.
